Your Role:
-
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, functional treatment plans addressing children’s fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor, regulation, and developmental needs.

Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions focused on improving participation in daily routines, independence in self-care, emotional regulation, motor planning, and school-readiness skills.

Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care and meaningful carryover across home, school, and community environments.

Educate and empower families through caregiver coaching, home programs, and practical strategies that support real-life participation and success.

Complete documentation in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapeutic environment that supports learning, regulation, and purposeful play.

Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture through open communication, shared learning, and mutual support.
Ideal Candidate:

Florida Occupational Therapy License
-
Pediatric clinical experience strongly preferred

Passion for family-centered, collaborative care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
