Your Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, functional treatment plans addressing children’s fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor, regulation, and developmental needs.

  • Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions focused on improving participation in daily routines, independence in self-care, emotional regulation, motor planning, and school-readiness skills.

  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care and meaningful carryover across home, school, and community environments.

  • Educate and empower families through caregiver coaching, home programs, and practical strategies that support real-life participation and success.

  • Complete documentation in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapeutic environment that supports learning, regulation, and purposeful play.

  • Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture through open communication, shared learning, and mutual support.

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Florida Occupational Therapy License 

  • Pediatric clinical experience strongly preferred

  • Passion for family-centered, collaborative care

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A commitment to continued learning and professional growth
