Gabriel Therapy Group is bringing together clinicians across Central Florida for a focused, hands-on continuing education intensive in pediatric feeding therapy. This is not a passive lecture series, it is a clinical training designed to change how you work with your feeding clients.
Led by Jennifer Dahms, SLP and feeding specialist, the course covers sensory-motor development, evaluation, and treatment frameworks. Stacey Aspinwall, PT, joins for a dedicated session on positioning and handling considerations for feeding for infants through children.
Whether you are building your feeding therapy caseload or deepening an existing specialization, this intensive educational course gives you the frameworks, tools, and confidence to serve your clients more effectively.

Jennifer Dahms
Speech Language Pathologist
Jennifer Dahms is a speech-language pathologist specializing in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders with more than 25 years of clinical experience. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and has worked across early intervention, outpatient rehabilitation, and private practice settings. Jennifer is the founder of Valley Pediatric Feeding, LLC and currently provides continuing education and patient consults through Jennifer Dahms, LLC. She has presented extensively at local, national, and international conferences and webinars on pediatric feeding, dysphagia, oral motor therapy, and sensory-based interventions. Jennifer was board certified in swallowing and swallowing disorders from 2011–2026 and is a multiple recipient of ASHA’s ACE Award.

Stacey Aspinwall
Physical Therapist · GTG Team
Stacey Aspinwall is a pediatric physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience treating children with orthopedic, neurologic, developmental, and movement disorders. A graduate of the University of North Florida’s Physical Therapy Program, Stacey has worked in a variety of settings including NICU, PICU, home health, schools, and outpatient therapy clinics across Arizona and Florida. She specializes in conditions such as torticollis, cerebral palsy, and neurological movement disorders, and is an instructor in the Perception Action approach to pediatric therapy. Stacey also has advanced training in equine movement as a therapeutic intervention and helped establish equine-based therapy services at GTG in 2023. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at East Coast Polytechnic Institute in Orlando.

Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
All registered attendees will receive a certificate of completion on the last day of the course with Certification Maintenance information and to keep for personal record of live presentation attendance. You will need to keep your certificate for auditing purposes. Professional Development Hours are not equivalent to ASHA CEUs and will not appear on your ASHA CE Registry, however PDH Hours can be submitted for CCC-SLP Maintenance. Who is this course designed for? This course is designed for Speech Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. It is also appropriate for CFY clinicians, graduate students, feeding therapists, and pediatric private practice owners looking to build or deepen their feeding therapy skills.
Will I receive CEU hours for attending? 13.5 hours of professional development hours and a certificate of attendance. PDHs are not equivalent to ASHA CEUs, however, your certificate can be used towards CCC-SLP Maintenance. You must be present both days to receive a certificate for this course.
What is the cancellation policy? Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund for cancellations of this event.
Do I need to bring any materials? All course materials will be provided. A supply list or pre-course reading will be sent to all registered attendees before the event.
