Your Role:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized, functional therapy plans for children with a range of physical, neuromotor, sensory, and developmental needs.

  • Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions focused on promoting gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.

  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and other therapists to support comprehensive care and successful carryover.

  • Educate and empower families with home programs, caregiver coaching, and practical strategies for real-life success.

  • Document care in a timely, compliant, and professional manner.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging therapeutic environment aligned with ethical, regulatory, and professional standards.

  • Contribute positively to our team culture through communication, collaboration, and shared learning.

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Florida Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)

  • Pediatric clinical experience strongly preferred

  • Passion for family-centered, collaborative care

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A commitment to continued learning and professional growth
