Your Role:
-
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized, functional therapy plans for children with a range of physical, neuromotor, sensory, and developmental needs.

Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions focused on promoting gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.

Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and other therapists to support comprehensive care and successful carryover.

Educate and empower families with home programs, caregiver coaching, and practical strategies for real-life success.

Document care in a timely, compliant, and professional manner.

Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging therapeutic environment aligned with ethical, regulatory, and professional standards.

Contribute positively to our team culture through communication, collaboration, and shared learning.
Ideal Candidate:

Florida Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)

Pediatric clinical experience strongly preferred

Passion for family-centered, collaborative care
