Your Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized, engaging therapy plans for children with a variety of speech, language, feeding, and communication needs.

  • Deliver play-based, goal-oriented therapy that fosters progress while building relationships with children and their families.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and educators to ensure consistency and carryover across environments.

  • Provide ongoing parent education, home programs, and coaching to empower families in supporting their child’s development.

  • Maintain timely documentation, uphold ethical standards, and remain compliant with HIPAA, licensure, and regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to a positive, team-centered workplace through open communication and shared learning.

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility for licensure)

  • Pediatric clinical experience strongly preferred

  • A passion for collaborative, family-centered care

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be part of a close-knit, supportive team

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
