Your Role:
-
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized, engaging therapy plans for children with a variety of speech, language, feeding, and communication needs.

Deliver play-based, goal-oriented therapy that fosters progress while building relationships with children and their families.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and educators to ensure consistency and carryover across environments.

Provide ongoing parent education, home programs, and coaching to empower families in supporting their child’s development.

Maintain timely documentation, uphold ethical standards, and remain compliant with HIPAA, licensure, and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to a positive, team-centered workplace through open communication and shared learning.
Ideal Candidate:
-
Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility for licensure)

Pediatric clinical experience strongly preferred

A passion for collaborative, family-centered care
